At Willow Tree Events, weekend weddings are our specialty. On average, we spend 3 days with our clients and their families and friends on-site. We cherish the lasting relationships we make with our couples, their families, and their friends. By Sunday brunch, we tend to be invited to Passover and added to the Christmas card list!
What does wedding weekend coverage typically consist of?
We start the planning process months before the wedding weekend. We help with vendor communication, contracts, timeline, and all the details in between. As we get closer to your special weekend, our communication will increase.
For the wedding weekend, our coverage typically comes with 3 days of onsite support and coordination.
